How much does shipping cost?
Delivery charges:  
  • Free for orders over £30 
  • £5.00 for orders under £30  
  • £8.50 for 24-hour delivery (for orders placed before 12.00pm)
Please note, we only ship orders to the UK & Ireland. 
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Standard Delivery: We will deliver your order within 3-7 working days. 
Nex Day Delivery: We will deliver your order the next working day (for orders placed before 12.00pm).
What country's do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to the UK and Ireland.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched which will allow you to track your order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
14-Day Return Period: You have 14 days to return your item from the date it was delivered.

To Organise a Return: Please contact us at info@ruthstraussfoundation.com with your order number and reason for your return. At this time we do not offer exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs: 
  • Your Responsibility: If you are returning the item for personal reasons, you will need to cover the packaging and shipping costs. 
  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our mistake (eg, a faulty item), we will cover the return shipping costs. 
  • Processing Time: Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your return within 10 working days.
Can I change my delivery address details after I have placed my order?

Please check your order details and shipping details prior to placing your order as it is not possible to change these details after an order is placed.

Can I supply a residential or business address for my order?
Yes, we can delivery to both residential and business addresses. We request that the delivery address specified be a destination where deliveries can be received between the hours of 9am-6pm.
What should I do if my order is faulty or incomplete on arrival?
If you have any issues with your order, please email us at info@ruthstraussfoundation.com with your order number and images of the issue (if applicable).
My payment has not been processed. How can I complete my order?

Our shopping cart will allow you to re-attempt to make a payment, please check you have entered all correct details including expiry date and that funds are available.
